Azerbaijan-Türkiye Investment Forum dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev and the Republic of Türkiye was held held in Baku on December 21, with the support of the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, the Financial Office of the President of the Republic of Türkiye, the Export and Investment Promotion Agency - AZPROMO and the Public Union of Türkiye-Azerbaijan Businessmen and Industrialists (TUIB).
The Chairman of the Board of Alat Free Economic Zone (AFEZ) Authority, Mr. Valeh Alasgarov participated at the Forum and delivered a speech at the "Investment opportunities in the Republic of Azerbaijan" panel. He informed participants of the Forum about main activities of AFEZ, its strategic geographical location, unique legal framework, industrial land plots with ready-to-use off-site and on-site infrastructure and utilities, fiscal and non-fiscal incentives package for the investors, transportation and logistical centers and invited investors from Türkiye to take an advantage from business friendly environment created in AFEZ.
