Buildings for manufacturing use will have:
- a maximum plot coverage of 50%;
- a maximum of three floors or a height of 15 meters (in unique cases exemptions can apply by Alat Free Economic Zone Authority’s approval).
A range of land plots based on long-term lease for the construction of high-grade properties, are available for export-oriented activities, such as:
- Light manufacturing,
- Value-added logistics,
- Heavy manufacturing,
- Internationally traded services.
In the development of Phase 1A, plots will be available:
- with initial sizing from 10,000 m2 to larger size range, based on investor’s request,
- with ready-to-use off-site and on-site infrastructure and utilities, including telecommunications, electricity, gas, water, sewerage systems, as well as roads, parking lots, pedestrian roads, bicycle sidewalks etc.:
- with clear development guidelines to assist investors in the development of each plot.
