The Azerbaijan–Israel Business Forum was held in Baku with the support of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy and Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and was jointly organized by the Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO), the Embassy of Israel in Baku, the Manufacturers Association of Israel, and the Israel Export Institute.
Chairman of the Board of the Alat Free Economic Zone Authority, Mr. Valeh Alasgarov, participated in the forum and delivered a comprehensive presentation outlining the investment potential of the Alat Free Economic Zone (AFEZ). He highlighted the Zone’s favorable business environment, including its unique legislation, attractive fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, strategic location, and the availability of industrial land plots with fully developed infrastructure and utilities. Mr. Alasgarov invited Israeli companies to take advantage of the opportunities offered by AFEZ. The presentation on AFEZ generated considerable interest among Israeli companies.
