The 5th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Saudi Arabia Joint Business Council was held in Baku on October 1, organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) and the Federation of Chambers of Saudi Arabia. The Chairman of the Board of Alat Free Economic Zone Authority, Mr. Valeh Alasgarov participated at the meeting and delivered a presentation.
He informed participants of the meeting about main activities of Alat Free Economic Zone (AFEZ), its strategic geographical location, unique legal framework, industrial land plots with ready-to-use off-site and on-site infrastructure and utilities, fiscal and non-fiscal incentives package for the investors, transportation and logistical centers and invited investors from Saudi Arabia to take an advantage from business friendly environment created in AFEZ.
