On January 27, the Chairman of the Board of Alat Free Economic Zone Authority Mr. Valeh Alasgarov met with delegation of the Islamic Development Bank, headed by Dr. Farid Ahmed Khan, Country Operations Manager for Türkiye.
Mr. Chairman informed Mr. Khan about main activities of the Alat Free Economic Zone (AFEZ), its strategic geographical location, unique legal framework, as well as about the industrial land plots with ready-to-use off-site and on-site infrastructure and utilities, transportation and logistic centers, fiscal and non-fiscal incentives package for the investors.
Mr. Khan and his colleagues expressed appreciation for the favorable conditions provided by AFEZ for the investors. Both sides discussed the possibilities and prospects of further cooperation.
